Walk in Solidarity against Poverty
Walk for Survival is not just about the about physical act of collecting water – The ‘walk’ signifies the journey that people face on a daily basis. Such as a homeless person living in squalor, but coming out of it the other end with the right support. The person who has worked for most of their life, and found that they need to go to a foodbank when they are now made redundant from a job where they were important. The ‘Walk for Survival’ covers a multitude of journeys which people are facing.
